This unique design features a graphic concept symbolizing the Williams brothers’ deep ties to Los Angeles and its transit system. With an iconic bus line map displayed prominently on the head tube and high-visibility lettering that almost glows in low light, the OSTRO VAM is purpose-built for the intensity of criterium racing.

Growing up in South Central Los Angeles on 39th Street—a neighborhood not typically associated with cycling—Justin and Cory Williams discovered a passion for road racing that ultimately reshaped the sport in the U.S. Their LA roots inspired Justin to create an inclusive racing environment aimed at inspiring a new generation of American criterium racers. The map of LA’s transit system, a vital link among the city’s diverse neighborhoods, represents Williams’ role in uniting riders within the vibrant L39ION of Los Angeles community—a space to race fast, enjoy the sport, and be authentic.
